I hold a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, with education from Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond, and Regent University. My expertise allows me to offer customized solutions that empower businesses to grow sustainably while engaging and retaining top talent.
